You need; you need felt, wool,buttons, a pair of scissors, glue ,glitter and a piece of a rope.
Step 1; Take a felt (I take pink) and put the middle part in your hand fasten it with your rope.

Step 2 ; Take some buttons and put them on a place from your bow and fasten them with glue.Let it dry.
Step 3 ; Do some wool on the middle parts from the bow.

Step 4 ; Put some glitter on your bow.
